Richard Millard

District Councillor for Headley and Leader or the District Council

Richard was re-elected to represent and Headley Down on the District Council on 7th May 2015. At that time he said, "We are very lucky to live in a safe and healthy environment and I remain passionate about protecting this for all to enjoy. Anthony Williams and I continue to work closely together to ensure Headley benefits from two dedicated, determined Councillors, who will take whatever steps are required to protect and support the needs of the community which we serve." He was elected leader of the Council in 2018.

Bill was re-elected to represent the residents of Bramshott and Liphook on 7th May 2015. He said at that time, "I have lived in Liphook with my wife Jenny for nearly 30 years. Our three children were brought up here. For 20 years I commuted to London where I worked as a journalist for Today and then the Daily Mail. As well as representing people in Bramshott and Liphook, I oversee communications for the whole District Council.
