Bill was re-elected to represent the residents of Bramshott and Liphook on 7th May 2015. He said at that time, "I have lived in Liphook with my wife Jenny for nearly 30 years. Our three children were brought up here. For 20 years I commuted to London where I worked as a journalist for Today and then the Daily Mail. As well as representing people in Bramshott and Liphook, I oversee communications for the whole District Council. It is rewarding work, whether it is standing up for residents, trying to find the football club a new ground, directing grants to community groups or securing a Portland stone waymarker for the Shipwright’s Way."
