Damian Hinds welcomes progress towards tackling fly-grazing of horses

Damian Hinds has welcomed what he called "gathering momentum" among MPs in support of moves to tackle the scourge of horses being 'fly grazed'. Damian's involvement in the issue followed the incident in which 46 horses were found in poor condition in a field in Alton.

Damian Hinds recently visited the Rosemary Foundation, a ‘hospice at home’ team based in Petersfield, where he met Dr Patricia Golding, chair of trustees; Mr Roger Labrum, supporter; Mrs Di Brooks, volunteer; Mrs Elspeth Dixon, Rosemary Foundation Nurse; Mr Chris Wilton, trustee; Mrs Barbara Pettegree, Rosemary Foundation nurse manager.


Damian has visited Electronic Media Services, the Liphook-based designer, developer and manufacturer of communications solutions for businesses, to hear about its development of overseas markets and in particular the initiatives the company is taking in Asia.
